Shipping Policy
Orders received via the Chase Collectables website are shipped using Australia Post and the respective postage services available through their business. A $10 flat rate shipping policy is in place for all purchases, with free shipping for orders over $200. All purchases are intended to be picked/packed within 24 hours and dispatched within 1-2 business days; this includes pre-orders which would be actioned as soon as stock becomes available. Shipping times are subject to Australia Post shipping and handling times which can vary. Standard shipping time is approx. 3-5 business days (Victoria), for interstate please allow up to 7-10 days. Please note there is no international shipping available at this stage.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged as a result of mishandling from Australia Post, please notify us via email within 48hrs of delivery. If your delivery requires a signature, please take your time to inspect the delivery, it is recommended that any delivery parcel and/or satchel that displays evidence of damage be rejected. Once a parcel is signed for, Chase Collectables reserves the right to accept or decline any refund request. Upon receiving your request Chase Collectables may request additional information such as photographs of the carton and/or satchel it arrived in. Please allow up to 7 business days for a resolution in relation to your damaged goods inquiry.
Lost In Transit
Please refer to the estimated shipping time outlined during the checkout process. If you suspect your parcel has gone missing, please contact us via email so that an investigation can commence. Chase Collectables accepts no responsibility for lost in transit claims whereby an address has been incorrectly inputted by the customer. If your delivery details need to be amended, please contact us via email as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, there is no guarantee your shipping details can be amended. Alternatively, you can contact Australia Post directly, referencing your consignment number(s). In the unlikely event that your parcel has gone missing, Chase Collectables can lodge an investigation with Australia Post upon request. The outcome will be determined by what is in line with all relevant parties shipping & protection policies that are in accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
Theft
Chase Collectables accepts no responsibility for stolen parcels as a result of Australia Post delivery procedures. If you suspect your parcel has been stolen it is recommended that you contact Australia Post immediately. Chase Collectables can assist you in your investigation for matters relating to packaging description and/or materials, and receipt of dispatch lodgement.
